DIY dye jar – children's T-shirt

A kit for parents who want to create something lasting with their child. Natural colors, a calm process, and a result that children will actually wear.

Inside the glass jar is a pre-stained children's T-shirt, a vibrant base color, and two surprise accent colors. The base colors are as follows:

• Chlorophyll – a clear green

• Lac – a natural pink/magenta

• Logwood – a deep purple

Elastic bands for tying are also included – for patterns, experiments, and your own ideas. There's no right or wrong: any combination is possible.

How it works

Hot tap water is sufficient.

Place the T-shirt in the glass, add the dye, close the lid – and put it on the windowsill. The color will develop in 1 to 7 days , depending on the desired intensity.
