Natural dyeing as a team event

Working together with natural paints – calm, tactile and consciously slowed down.

This team event is aimed at companies, agencies and teams who are looking for a break from everyday life and want to experience collaboration in a different way.

In a private setting, the Cosmaki Atelier belongs entirely to your team. Instead of traditional team building, the focus is on the collaborative process : observing, deciding, creating – without performance pressure and without prior knowledge.

In approximately 3 hours, you will work with natural dyes and textiles and experience how color is created from plant materials. The textiles serve as a common point of reference – the real result is the experience gained as a team.

Process & Content

The process is calmly structured and is supervised by us.

Depending on the group size and objective, we work with selected natural dyeing techniques such as bundle dye or indigo .

Each participant designs:

• 1 textile (e.g. T-shirt, prepared)

• 1-2 sample cloths made from discarded hotel textiles

We will agree on the exact selection of technology and textiles together in advance.

• Group size: 4–12 people

• Duration: approx. 2.5–3 hours

• Location: Cosmaki Natural Dyeing Studio, Cologne-Kalk

• Drinks: Water & coffee (ERNST Roastery) included
