Dyeing Time – Family Workshop Bundle Dye

Get creative together with natural paints

A colorful morning for the whole family: In this workshop you will discover the bundle-dye technique and dye with real plants, flowers and other natural materials.

👕 Additional children's T-shirts are available on site for €15.90 (sizes 5–6 / 7–8 / 9–11 / 12–13 years). This allows siblings or parents to design their own additional shirts.

Each family member designs their own piece – sustainably, creatively and without any prior knowledge.

A relaxed setting to try something new together and take home beautiful memories.

This is included

• 1 children's T-shirt for dyeing (vegan, prepared) sizes 5-6 / 7-8 / 9-11 / 12-13 years.

• 1 high-quality sample cloth per family member – made from discarded hotel napkins (45×45 cm), sustainable and perfect for the workshop

• Drinks: Water for everyone

• Lolly for children

• Introduction to the bundle dye technique

• All materials are provided on site – no need to bring your own textiles

• Instructions, steamer & fixing

• All dyed pieces are available to take away.

Procedure & Special Features

• Active creative time: approx. 30 minutes – selecting and placing plant material, tying textiles.

• Then the pieces are placed in the steamer to color – this takes about 1 hour .

• In good weather you can hang out in front of the studio (car-free on weekends).

• Alternatively, you can reach Kalker Hauptstraße with cafes and small shops in about 10 minutes on foot.

• Tip: The longer the pieces rest in the steamer, the more intense and even the result will be.

• Duration: approx. 30 min. active + waiting time (total 1.5–2 hrs.)
  

• No snacks provided – please bring your own if you plan to spend more time there.

Note: The workshop will take place with a minimum of 3 participants. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the workshop or find an alternative date together.
